The Pool Haus is Door County's newest large group rental! Boasting 12 bedrooms, an indoor pool, game room, theater room, sauna, kids play area, and our EXCLUSIVE Adventure Shed which includes outdoor games, bikes, and so much more for your next adventure! This private estate is on 6 acres of private land with gorgeous lush greenery. You will have the utmost privacy to relax, play, and explore! Sleeping up to 24, The Pool Haus is perfect for your next family reunion, corporate retreat, yoga retreat, couple's getaway, or friends trip! Fully renovated, our home boasts gorgeous hardwood floors, fresh paint, luxury tile finishes, stone counters, stainless appliances, a coffee café to start your day, and open concept living areas on two levels. The property is decorated in fruit trees and beautiful foliage native to Door County. The Pool Haus is a private oasis that sets the bar high for large group rentals, and we are so excited to offer only the best amenities for your next vacation to Door County. We are located on the outskirts of Sturgeon Bay, we are only a short 15 minutes away from the historic downtown district where you will find tons of bars/restaurants, shopping, museums, coffee shops/cafes, beaches, piers, and parks! PET FEE: $50/night per dog
ADDIONAL GUEST FEE: $25/night per person over 18 guests. This cost is for the additional cleaning/linen washing + septic maintenance cost.

~THE MAIN HOUSE~

*12 Bedrooms Total, the first 9 bedrooms are located in the main house, the last 3 are in the guest house only steps away from the main building*

INDOOR LIVING AREAS:

Living Room: Large sectional couch and a pull out couch for extra sleeping space, a 60in ROKU TV, wood burning fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows with views of the gorgeous scenery. 

Game Room: Pool table, 3 arcade machines, professional dart board, shuffle board, air hockey, 60in ROKU TV, poker table, mini fridge and microwave, island seating, and TONS of board games!

Theater Room: HUGE TV, theater seating, and massive bean bag chairs for the best movie night ever!

Kids Play Room: The kids will have a blast in our play area with tons of toys that will please a variety of ages.

Café: Enjoy your breakfast, coffee, and tea in our beautiful and brand new coffee area with café seating for 10 and fully stocked coffee bar. No need to bring your own coffee!!

Kitchen: Our kitchen comes with new stainless appliances and stone counters! 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, 1 oven, 1 microwave, island seating for 15, and all the necessities to cook and enjoy meals!

Dining Room: Large custom farmhouse table for amazing meals with your group!

Baby Rooms: Off of bedrooms 1 & 6, we have private baby rooms with cribs. We also have 4 pack 'n plays, baby monitors, and noise machines for your comfort and convenience.

Laundry Room: We have a washer and dryer with everything you need to do your laundry during your stay. No need to overpack!

~OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS~

Basketball/Tennis Court: Brand new professional court with all the rackets and balls you will need!

Grilling Station: Gas grill and charcoal grill, including all of the essential grilling utensils. (We do not provide propane or charcoal) There are 5 picnic tables outside for fabulous outdoor meals. 

Bonfire Pit: MASSIVE bonfire pit with adirondack chairs. (We do not provide firewood.)

Grassy Areas: We sit on 6 acres of private land, which gives your group TONS of space to have fun and play!

~EXCLUSIVE ADVENTURE SHED & POOL~

We have converted our 10 car garage into a serious game zone. There is an indoor bag toss tournament area, 3 picnic tables, and 80inch TV, kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, strollers, coolers, and everything else your group will need to have an adventure during your stay at The Pool Haus. 

Our indoor pool building is climate controlled with depths of 3ft - 8ft and a diving board! We provide a party speaker, life jackets, floaties, noodles, and tons of pool toys! Inside the pool building there is a shower and a changing room for your comfort and convenience. 

~THE GUEST HOUSE~

An extension of the main house, there is a fully furnished guest house which adds another level of privacy and comfort for your group. Consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, living area, dining area, coffee bar, and dedicated work space with a desk!

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
