Welcome to Chatham Hills, a newly renovated large group rental in the historic district of Ephraim with 26 acres of groomed hiking trails. Perfect for family reunions, group trips, and small weddings; tucked away in the picturesque and historic village of Ephraim in Door County.

SLEEPING UP TO 30! You get the entire property to yourself when you book!! Pet and child/infant friendly! Comprised of 2 distinct buildings - a large home with socializing areas and a newly renovated bunk house for when people want to escape and sleep - totaling 12 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms for maximum space and comfort!

The Main House: Includes 4 spacious bedrooms, an open concept (and fully renovated) kitchen/dining with a beautiful Amish-made farmhouse table seating the whole family. The dining area opens up to the living room boasting a massive sectional couch, TV, and fireplace! Enjoy a glass of your favorite Door County wine and a game of cribbage in the lounge - an adult seating area perfect for a night of relaxation. We have also included a futon in the lounge for additional sleeping space if needed!  The lower level has been converted into a game room with a bumper pool table, an arcade machine, a professional dart board, and an additional kitchen perfect for serving appetizers and snacks! 

The Bunk House is set up motel-style offering complete privacy and comfort for guests that want their sleep at night! There are 8 suites in total:: 4 suites have 2 full size beds in each room & 4 suites include one king bed. Each suite has it's own private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine! The best part of Chatham Hills is the house separate from the Bunk House/sleeping rooms so people that want to stay up late can enjoy the game room, lounge, socializing area and those that want their sleep can escape to the Bunk House to get their sleep!

In addition to charming indoor living spaces, Chatham Hills provides plenty of outdoor gathering areas to refresh your spirit. Numerous private decks, porches, balconies and a spacious backyard with a fire pit that leads up to the Door County Land Trust - a magnificent nature preserve - Lush greenery perfect for hiking, dog walking, snow-shoeing and cross-county skiing in the winter! The backyard has half an acre of grassy area to enjoy many hours of games and fun.

Chatham Hills is proud to feature "The Adventure Shed", a Little Adventure Vacation Rentals EXCLUSIVE amenity! We provide kayaks, bikes, outdoor games, grills, coolers, strollers, kids toys, snow shoes, ice hockey gear, ice fishing gear, and so much more!! All of the items in The Adventure Shed are FREE to use during your stay and are ONLY for guests of Chatham Hills! *Use at your own risk - a waiver must be signed prior to usage*

Pet fee is $50/day per dog

Cleaning dishes, pots, utensils as well as the grills used during your stay is responsibility of guests. Our cleaners and the cleaning fee is NOT to clean those items.

# OF GUESTS: 
-There is a $20 per person/per night fee for guests staying over 20 people. Yes, our max capacity is 30, but these fees cover the extra costs of cleaning, linen/towel washings, and wear & tear. Thank you for your understanding!

PET POLICY:
-Dogs can be allowed with prior approval and at $50/day, per dog. Maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Absolutely no cats because we have allergic family members. $500 extra charge per pet if you bring an unauthorized pet. 

- No refunds of any kind will be issued due to things outside of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

MANAGEMENT:
"Chatham Hills" in Ephraim, Door County is managed by Little Adventure Vacation Rentals LLC and takes no liability for damage caused by you or your guests. Or local, state, or federal violations caused by your party. Chatham Hills registered permit number of 11-56-2649-00 with the Door County Tourism Zone.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
