Sandy Bottom Cabin is a located on beautiful spring fed, sand bottom, Little Hills Lake with excellent swimming and boating. KITCHEN:
-Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, crock pot, and anything else you will need to make a simple or exquisite meal! Kitchen island seating! We did not forget the super stocked coffee bar - no need to bring your own grounds or k-cups!

LIVING ROOM:
-Super cozy living space on the main level with a comfortable couch and arm chairs, a small flat screen TV, and a wood burning fireplace overlooking the lake. While we provide the TV for your comfort or convenience - we guarantee you won't want to turn the machine on. The views of the forest and the lake are unbeatable. 

DEN:
-Enjoy a relaxing night in or cozy up on the couch for a movie marathon in our lower level den. 2 comfy couches, a large flat screen TV, a card table, and TONS of board games will keep your group entertained after a long day enjoying the outdoors! The kids will be happy with all of our toys and books as well!

OUTDOOR AMENITIES/ADVENTURE SHED:
-Finally, it's your chance to relax in our hot tub - open year round!! Kayaks, a row boat, a paddle board, bikes, outdoor games, fishing gear, a grilling station, a firepit, and a beautiful pier where you and your group will enjoy the unforgettable sunrises/sunsets, go fishing, launch the boats, and swim will make you want to extend your stay - we promise! After you grill the brats and burgers, hangout on the deck because we have a picnic table and other outdoor seating!

-Little Hills Lake is 81 acres in total with extremely clean water. Almost the entire lake is sandy bottom. Right off the dock at Sandy Bottom Cabin it is a decline from 1 feet to about 5 feet. We are located in a protected cove that averages about 7 feet deep. Little Hills Lake is great fishing for mainly for panfish (bluegills and crappie) and largemouth bass but it also has some northern pike and walleye as well. Little Hills Lake is great for ice fishing as well. You can also water ski and tube but there are set hours of 10am to 4pm for having a wake.

FIREPIT/FIREPLACE:
-Our guests are encouraged to use the firepit and fireplace - cozy up! We do not provide firewood. 

WINTER  ADVENTURE AMENITIES: 
-Who said you can't have fun at the cottage in wintertime?! Not us. We provide our guests with the ability to use our ice fishing gear, hockey gear, snow shoes, and tons of other winter adventure items! Our exclusive "Adventure Shed" has items for ALL seasons!

LAUNDRY:
-No need to overpack! Please use our washer and dryer at your convenience during your stay. 

KID/BABY SUPPLIES:
-Our cottage is family friendly! We provide a pack 'n play, high chair, booster seat, baby monitor, noise machine, kid cups/utensils/plates/bowls, books, toys, and games! We pride ourselves in providing an enjoyable experience for the entire crew!

PET SUPPLIES:
-Bring Fido! Sorry, no cats or other animals. Your pup (limit 2 with prior approval and payment of pet fee of $50/night per dog) will be living their best life on vacation just like you! Dog bowls, beds, crates, leashes, toys, waste bags, and more are provided to you as a convenience! We don't like to leave our furry friends behind on vacation either!

INTERNET:
-We provide free WIFI to our guests. It is Spectrum high speed internet and cable. But please note that we are located in a semi-remote area so high speeds are not guaranteed or advertised. 

THINGS TO NOTE:

-$500 refundable security hold required

-Limit of two dogs with prior approval and payment of pet fee
-No refunds for things outside of our control - thank you for your understanding

CLEANING: 
-This home is owned by our family and we are honored to share it with you, please treat it as if it were your own.
- The cleaning fee is to prepare the home for your arrival. Including laundering of all beds, sanitation and disinfection of with shower, toilets, and floor mats, and laundering of towels all for every guest. The cleaning fee is covers the proper sanitation stands of COVID-19 for mopping and vacuuming floors, kitchens, and bathrooms. The cleaning fee also includes the organization of rooms and storage areas, inventory check, window cleanings, plus buying and stocking essential items for your stay.
- The cleaning fee is NOT to clean up after you or any events you have on site. The cleaning fee does NOT cover to clean dirty dishes, stains, or other damages caused by you and your guests. Items left out from the Adventure Shed is also NOT covered by the cleaning fee.
- Our cleaners typically only have 3-4 hours after drive time to clean the entire property, and a large property typically requires 2-4 people to clean in short of a window of time to keep the property up to our cleaning standard. We understand the cleaning fee is high, but it is a complete sanitation, disinfection, and organization done by a professional cleaning service. So please, upon check-out, do not leave the property in shambles “because you pay a cleaning fee”. You will incur additional charges if there are stains and messes beyond a standard cleaning time, if you break or damage items, or if you fail to return items you use back to the original storage areas. Our families put our heart and souls into our home - please be respectful! :)

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
